- The promotion is valid for BOUNCE Freestyle Party bookings made between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2026.
- The promotion is applicable only to Freestyle Party bookings with a minimum of 10 paid guests.
- Eligible customers will receive BOUNCE Vouchers with a total value of $100.
- Vouchers will be issued during party check-in on the day of the party.
- Vouchers may be redeemed for GA, JJ, SS tickets, future BOUNCE Party bookings, food and beverage purchases, merchandise purchases.
- Vouchers cannot be used towards payment of the qualifying party booking associated with this promotion.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, credit, refunds, or exchanges.
- No cash change, credit or refund will be given for any unused voucher value if the purchase amount is less than the voucher value.
- Physical vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.
- Lost, stolen, damaged or expired vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or extended.
